PROPOSITION 8 SECURED PROPERTY NOTICE OF VALUES

Assessor Parcel Number: 039-172-003
Situs Location: 104 W Anapamu St
Santa Barbara 93101

This notice reflects the value of your property upon which your 2026-27 property tax bill will be calculated. You will receive your regular tax bill from the County Tax Collector's Office in October, 2026.

Under California property tax law, your taxes are based on the lesser of the market value of your property as of January 1, 2026 or its factored base year value. The market value reflects market conditions existing on January 1, 2026. Comparable sales that can be used for market value analysis must have sold no later than March 31, 2026, 90 days after Jan 1. Proposition 13 Factored Base Year Value means the value at the time you purchased the property and any assessable new construction after the purchase, increased by the consumer price index (CPI) as required under Proposition 13. For those owners who have purchased their property after January 1, 2026, the Proposition 13 Factored Base Year Value below is the prior owner's assessment. The assessment is shown for informational purposes only and is not your base year value.

YOUR TAXES WILL BE BASED ON THE MARKET VALUE AS SHOWN BELOW
