Clerk-Recorder

Fees for certified copies of vital records (birth, death and marriage) are suspended for any individual who lost such records as a result of the wildfires and related flooding and mudslides. Victims must write in “Wildfire” and complete the sworn statement declaring under penalty of perjury that they are a victim. The form must be acknowledged by a notary if the form is not presented in person to the Clerk-Recorder.
